Our family estate is opened to guests on selected occasions throughout the year.
The ideal booking size is between 6 and 8 guests. Each of our guesthouses accommodates 4 guests without extra beds.
Prices:
Standard Rate: 25,000 HUF per person / per night
(min. 6 guests, max. 8–10 guests)
Children: 50% discount up to 10 years of age
Dog: 4,000 HUF per night
Farm to fork: Upon request, we prepare homemade dishes from ingredients produced on our estate. Menus are arranged in advance with our guests.

About the Guesthouses
These authentic Hungarian Great Plain rustic farmhouses are built from adobe (approx. 80m2), with 50 cm thick breathable walls.The walls naturally regulate temperature: In summer, even during the hottest days, the interior remains 20–22°C.
In winter, once warmed, the walls retain heat for a long time.

Traditional small “peasant-style” windows. Equipped with blackout curtains and magnetic roller mosquito screens. - Ceilings: Exposed wooden beams
- Walls: Whitwashed to preserve breathability
- Both houses are comfortably equipped.
- Coffee machine and kettle are provided.
- Rooms are not suitable for cooking (in summer, simple meals can be prepared in the outdoor kitchen on a hotplate).
- We provide towels and sunbeds for the pool.
- The farm’s WiFi connection is powered by Starlink.
- Large Smart TVs are available in the rooms, with Netflix and 160-channel Sweet TV digital app access.
- Tap water in both houses is drinkable, as filtration systems are installed directly at the wells.

Vintage Guesthouse
A romantic entrance hall with serving cabinet allows guests to prepare tea or coffee. The rustic bathroom with shower and a separate WC both open from the entrance hall. On each side there is one 30 m2 vintage-style bedroom-living room furnished with unique pieces.

Room 2:
- 160×200 cm double bed with 30 cm high mattress
- Grey two-person sofa (folds out onto the floor, safe for children)
Hunter Guesthouse
In this building, the guest room is two-level. The bathroom and WC are together. An additional separate WC is located between the guest room and the community area.
Sleeping arrangements:
- 180×200 cm solid oak bed
- 160×200 cm metal double bed upstairs
- 2 × 90×200 cm mattresses available as extra beds
From the room, a small corridor leads to a approx. 35 m2 community space with open ceiling and 7-meter interior height.
Community Space – Hunting Style
The host is a member of the local hunting association, and the design reflects this character.
Features include:
- Large stone fireplace
- Sofa
- 10-person dining table with goatskin chairs
- Large oak serving cabinet
The refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and microwave form part of the “open bar” area — everything needed for stylish togetherness.
Upstairs is our small “home library,” available upon special request.
Dining
In good weather, breakfast is served in the summer dining area by the pool.
In colder months (from autumn to late spring), breakfast is served in the Hunter House. The summer kitchen is equipped with grill, hotplate and cauldron. Both the Hunter House and the summer kitchen are fully and stylishly equipped. In another part of the garden, a separate barbecue area is available. Charcoal is provided by the guests. We hold a licensed “Rural Table” service permit, allowing us to prepare menus from our own meats and products upon request. Food delivery (pizza and other meals) is available from Kerekegyháza by courier service.
