House Rules

• Check-in: from 14:00 
• Check-out: until 10:30 
• Late check-out (until 16:00) available upon request and subject to availability Fee: 5,000 HUF / person 
• Upon arrival, personal identification documents are required for registration in the  VENDÉGEM accommodation system. 
• After payment of the deposit, the remaining balance can be settled on site via bank transfer  or cash. 
• In case of early departure, we are unable to refund the remaining amount. The same applies  to the number of guests confirmed at booking.

• Smoking, candles, or incense are strictly prohibited inside buildings due to traditional  wooden beam ceilings. 
• Designated smoking areas: at the entrance tables and near the Summer Kitchen.
• If cigarette butts are found in the garden, a 10,000 HUF cleaning fee will be charged

PusztaFarm is located within a National Park; therefore, we use satellite internet provided by  Starlink. Rooms are equipped with large Smart TVs offering streaming services such as Netflix and Sweet TV.

• We do not assume responsibility for damages or accidents resulting from improper use. Any  damage caused on the property must be compensated by the responsible guest. 
• Indoor furniture (blankets, chairs, tables, etc.) may not be taken outside. 
• The Hunter’s House and the Summer Kitchen have separate equipment — please do not  mix them. 
• Around the pool and jacuzzi, please use plastic glasses and plates. 

Sun loungers and towels are provided.

• Breakfast: by prior arrangement, typically between 8:30–10:00 (as we host only one group  at a time, we are flexible). 
• Please refrain from eating inside the bedrooms. 
• The Summer Kitchen (or in winter, the Hunter’s House common area) is available all day for  dining. 
• Cooking facilities (hob and basic cookware) for simple one-pot meals are available in the  Summer Kitchen. Guesthouses are not suitable for full cooking.

• One refrigerator is located in the Summer Kitchen storage area and one in the Hunter’s  House. 
• From spring to autumn, an ice machine is also available.

• Homemade menu available upon prior arrangement within the “Falusi Asztal” program. In 2026, a typical 2-course menu costs 6,500–9,000 HUF / person. • Meals are prepared from ingredients sourced directly from our farm, in a traditional  homemade style.

Safes are available in the rooms. 

We are a dog-friendly accommodation. 

• Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by their dogs. 
• We do not accept liability for injuries caused by our farm animals to guests’ pets. By staying  here, dog owners acknowledge that multiple animals live on the farm. 
• Pets are allowed in all areas except the wellness area. Dogs are not permitted on beds. • Dog fee: 4,000 HUF / night

There are no direct neighbours around the property. Evening music and small gatherings are  permitted near the pool and Summer Kitchen. 

• Louder music is allowed until 02:00 am. After 02:00 am, please lower the volume.

Guests may receive visitors under the following conditions: 

• The host must be informed in advance. 
• If visitors use guest services (pool, wellness, jacuzzi, sauna) or stay longer than 3 hours, a  contribution of 10,000 HUF / person / occasion is required.
• Registered guests are responsible for the behaviour and any damage caused by their  visitors. 

• The pool, wellness facilities, and common areas are for proper use only. 
• Children may not use the pool, wellness area, or fireplace lounge without parental  supervision. 
• Due to chemical treatment, jacuzzi use is not recommended for small children. 
• In case of severe contamination requiring draining, cleaning, refilling, and chemical  treatment of the jacuzzi, a 30,000 HUF service fee will be charged.

• The farm is an actively operating agricultural property. Animal areas and orchards may only  be visited under host supervision. 
• Electric fencing is in use around animal areas (low current, harmless but potentially  dangerous for people with pacemakers). 
• Feeding animals is strictly prohibited. 
• Laundry service available upon request. 
• Bed linen is changed every 5 days. 
• Shoe-care kit, sewing kit, and umbrellas are available. 
• The exterior of PusztaFarm is monitored by security cameras. By entering the property,  guests consent to recording for safety and property protection purposes. Recordings are  stored temporarily and may only be released to authorities in accordance with data protection  laws in case of criminal activity or damage. 

• We reserve the right to remove guests who seriously violate the house rules or behave  inappropriately after warning. The same applies to aggressive or drug-influenced behaviour  endangering others. (There has been no such case to date.)
• We are not liable for damages beyond our control (natural events, hail, fire, power outage,  etc.).
• House rules automatically apply upon occupancy of the rooms.
